Flexible expats (short: flexpats) are highly skilled experts who typically engage in location-independent work (whereby being based in a country different than the hiring organization.)

How much do I need to pay to make use of Flexpat services?

Our aim is to make the process as affordable and simple as possible while paying the flexpats an industry standard remuneration. You can choose between the following pricing models:


  • • Per hour - ideal for short-term, ad-hoc tasks
  • • Per person - hire one flexpat to join your team for a non-specified period of time
  • • Per team - hire various experts to join your team for a non-specified period of time

Is it possible to hire a flexpat to join my organization permanently?

Yes, our flexpats can be hired as full-time employees within your organization. If both parties are happy with each other and want to continue to work together on a long-term basis, we would be happy to facilitate it against an agency fee.

How much does a flexpat typically make?

We pay our flexpats an industry standard remuneration which varies per country and experience level of the flexpat. We do charge a fixed fee for facilitating the collaboration between flexpats and companies.

  • • Flexpat feedback system: you will be able to rate each professional and provide qualitative feedback.
